In Carabanchel,there have been and there are anonymous people who have built this neighborhood that, we have seen,it doesn't lack the identity.

Thanks to this work, we will make a kind of tribute to Carabanchel's people.

The gentrification that began in the 60s in New York and that can be seen in Madrid in the neighborhood of Chueca, Malasaña and now, in Lavapiés, has two sides in the same coin.

One the one hand, the neighborhood socioeconomic level rises but, where do people who can no longer live in these areas go?

A Carabanchel Bajo's real state agents says that in this neighborhood there aren't rents, people buy flats, especially those that don't have an elevator, since for many older people it prevents them from moving.
